Junto Community Capital is an independent consulting practice focused on community capital, economic development and entrepreneurship.
We work with financial institutions, public agencies, economic development organizations, nonprofits and community partners to develop practical programs, partnerships and financing approaches that help businesses and communities make better use of the resources available to them.
Areas of experience include New Markets Tax Credits, small-business finance, public-private initiatives and entrepreneurship programming.

Paul Huleatt is the founder and principal of Junto Community Capital. His career spans commercial banking, venture finance, New Markets Tax Credits, consulting and municipal economic development.
He co-founded Development Capital Networks, helping develop small-business financing programs involving state and local governments, financial institutions and community partners.
More recently, he worked with the City of Phoenix on community investment initiatives and managed StartUpPHX at Burton Barr Central Library.
He is also building Junto Community Alliance, a nonprofit initiative connecting entrepreneurs, community developers and champions of public libraries.
Throughout his career, his approach has remained remarkably consistent: understand the opportunity, identify useful resources, bring the right people together and figure out how to get something done.
